We're looking for Telemarketing Executives to join our ever evolving sales team and help shape the future of global commerce. What you'll own

• Conduct cold calls to target small to medium businesses and introduce TakePayments' products and services.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets working towards an uncapped commission to enhance your lifestyle, OTE 40k.
• Schedule appointments for our field agents by understanding the client's needs and aligning them with our solutions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
• Identify decision-makers and qualify leads for further engagement., Relationship Building: Identify decision-makers and qualify leads through rapport and discovery.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records within our CRM to ensure seamless handovers.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Telemarketing Cold Calling with a proven track record of hitting targets.
• Training: Kickstart your success with our First-Class Training. We will bring you to our Grimsby hub for 3 weeks of fully expensed, elite sales coaching to ensure you hit your uncapped commission targets from day one.
• Environment: Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently from home.
• Skills: Proficient with CRM and dialler software and working in fast-paced, high-energy environment where resilience is rewarded.
