We are seeking a motivated Payables Officer to join our friendly and supportive Accounts Payable team. No previous Accounts Payable or office experience is required. We welcome applications from experienced professionals, recent graduates, students completing their studies, and school leavers looking to gain valuable workplace experience. If you are enthusiastic, willing to learn and have a positive attitude, we would love to hear from you. This is an important role that helps ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on time while delivering a high-quality service to a wide range of internal and external customers., We are looking for someone who: - Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Is organised and able to manage their workload effectively
- Has good attention to detail and accuracy
- Is comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Has good communication and customer service skills
