Churchmere Medical Group is seeking a motivated and adaptable Patient Services Advisor (PSA) to support our Extended Access service, helping us provide vital care to our patients outside of core hours. This is a part-time, ad hoc position ideal for those seeking flexible, additional hours in a supportive and rewarding environment. Main duties of the job, As a Patient Services Advisor, you will be a key part of our front-line team, ensuring patients receive a professional, efficient, and compassionate service. Your duties will include:
- Welcoming and assisting patients at reception
- Managing telephone, face-to-face, and online enquiries
- Booking and managing appointments
- Signposting patients to the most appropriate service
- Supporting clinicians and maintaining smooth clinic operations
- Carrying out administrative tasks accurately and efficiently, As a Patient Services Advisor, you will be a key part of our front-line team, ensuring patients receive a professional, efficient, and compassionate service. Your duties will include:
