Patient Services Advisor

This is a part-time, ad hoc position ideal for those seeking flexible, additional hours in a supportive and rewarding environment. Main duties of the job, As a Patient Services Advisor, you will be a key part of our front-line team, ensuring patients receive a professional, efficient, and compassionate service. Your duties will include:

• Welcoming and assisting patients at reception
• Managing telephone, face-to-face, and online enquiries
• Booking and managing appointments
• Signposting patients to the most appropriate service
• Supporting clinicians and maintaining smooth clinic operations
• Carrying out administrative tasks accurately and efficiently, As a Patient Services Advisor, you will be a key part of our front-line team, ensuring patients receive a professional, efficient, and compassionate service.
Your duties will include:
