This is an amazing opportunity to join our Patient Services team within Satis House Medical Practice. Working collaboratively with the care navigation team, using your brilliant customer services skills, you will ensure patients are supported to access the care that they need. Join us on our mission to deliver a service where patients quickly and easily receive the right care from the right person, at the right time, in the right place. This isn't just our mission for patients, it is designed with our people in mind too, to ease the pressures and demands of the 8am morning rush!, At the forefront of the GP practice, you will act as the first port of call for patients both face-to-face and over the the telephone, supporting patients to access the care that they need., You will bring your skills and experience to life by:

  • Deliver patient centred support to patients to access the care they need.
  • Ensuring appointments are triaged effectively through digitised systems including SysmOne.
  • Provide administrative support to the practice and clinicians to ensure patients care is processed correctly and efficiently.
  • Where appropriate, signposting patients to alternative care and/or provide self-management advice and support.
  • Responding to and supporting with patient complaints.
  • Contributing effectively to overall KPI targets.
