No previous NHS experience is required. Training, induction and support will be provided.


Key Information



  • The appointment will initially be for 12 months

  • Patient Safety Partners are not employees of the Trust

  • You will receive remuneration for your time and reimbursement of reasonable expenses

  • A full Trust and local induction programme will be provided

  • Meetings may be held virtually or face-to-face, therefore applicants should be able to attend in either format where required

  • The role is open to members of the public; however, employees of The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Trust Board members and Trust Governors are not eligible to apply
