Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Patient Safety Lead to assist in delivering our commitment to safe, high-quality care. Working within the Clinical Governance team, you will support risk management processes, coordinate patient safety incident investigations, and contribute to the development of policies and audits.

This role involves gathering and analysing safety data, identifying trends, and helping to implement improvements that enhance patient outcomes. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach are essential.
