Full Job Description

An Exciting opportunity has arisen for a Patient Records Data Quality & Scanning Officer to Support the Patient Records service to organise the day-to-day operations of the DHR and/or paper so that they provide a high quality, efficient and effective service that supports patient care, investigation and merging duplicate registration, prepare paper records for scanning., The post holder will be expected to work flexible hours on a planned basis, to ensure that support is provided for staff working out of core hours who require support with the DHR.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
