Are you highly organised, people-focused and motivated by making a real difference to patient care? Join our team as a Patient Pathway Co-ordinator and play a vital role in shaping every patient's hospital experience at King's Mill Hospital and Newark Hospital.
You'll work closely with Consultant teams to manage clinics, monitor patient pathways against national targets, resolve issues proactively and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Your attention to detail, strong IT skills and excellent communication will help deliver outstanding patient experiences while supporting the Trust to meet performance standards.
