Are you passionate about amplifying patient voice and shaping outstanding care? We are seeking an inspiring and experienced Patient Insight & Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of meaningful patient and public involvement across our organisation. This pivotal role will drive forward our ambition to be an organisation where patients, carers and communities feel heard, valued, and actively involved in improving services. You will lead a dedicated Patient Engagement Team, working collaboratively with clinical and operational leaders to embed a culture of co-production, inclusion, and continuous improvement. You will champion innovative approaches to gathering and analysing patient feedback--including surveys, digital platforms and patient stories--turning insight into impactful service change. You will also play a key role in ensuring the voices of seldom-heard groups are represented and acted upon, helping reduce inequalities and improve experiences for all. As a trusted expert, you will provide strategic advice, training and support across the Trust, enabling teams to respond effectively to feedback, complaints, and emerging themes. Your leadership will help translate insight into action, ensuring "you said, we did" becomes a lived reality.

This post is integral to the development of NNUH as an outstanding organisation with exceptional patient and carer experience where people feel listened to, action is taken and we work in partnership with patients and carers (especially those who are seldom heard) to continually improve. The post holder will support the Head of Patient & Public Involvement & Voice to ensure that the Trust has sound systems, policies and processes in place to proactively manage all aspects of Patient & Public Involvement & Voice, Join us at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and be part of a workforce of over 10,000 staff!
