Full Job Description

  • Deliver a smooth and effective patient engagement service by liaising professionally with patients on the waiting list.
  • Act as a key point of contact for patients experiencing long waits.
  • Manage EPR to ensure all patient contact is recorded promptly and accurately.
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in DrDoctor.
  • Maintain spreadsheets to ensure activity is up to date, accurate, and easily shared., Main contact for patients and clinical teams
  • Support patient engagement activity
  • Use DrDoctor and EPR systems
  • Understand waiting lists and pressures
  • Maintain patient activity records and spreadsheets
  • Manage correspondence and confidentiality
  • Assist with elective recovery plans and data, The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
