thrive in your way.What you'll do:Communicate effectively with colleagues to support daily duties and catering service deliveryUse computer systems for payroll, ordering, and management tasksComplete and oversee all required daily and weekly documentationFollow established procedures and escalate issues to management when necessarySupervise, train, and ensure front-line staff adhere to working standardsManage stock through ordering and control in line with company policyHandle customer queries and complaints professionallyEnsure adequate staffing, maintain rotas, and uphold health & safety and allergen management practicesWhat you bring:Emotional ResilienceUnderstanding of Customer CareAbility to listen and have good communication skillsAdaptable and self-motivatedUnderstanding of Health and SafetyAbility to work under pressureBe able to work as part of a teamTo act on their own initiative and adapt quickly to changeSupervise a diverse team without discriminationWhat we offer:Working at
