We are looking for a Patient Administrator to join our friendly Endoscopy team in our new CDC in Bristol, Patchway. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive a seamless, professional, and compassionate experience from arrival through to discharge., Patient Administrator Endoscopy Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week (4 days per week) Shift Pattern: Between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Sunday Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and making a difference to patients' healthcare journeys? We are looking for a Patient Administrator to join our friendly Endoscopy team in our new CDC in Bristol, Patchway. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive a seamless, professional, and compassionate experience from arrival through to discharge. Working closely with clinical and operational colleagues, you will provide high-quality administrative support and help ensure the smooth running of our endoscopy service. What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcoming patients and providing a professional, friendly experience from arrival through to departure.
  • Managing telephone and face-to-face enquiries, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and appropriately.
  • Booking and managing appointments in line with clinical priorities and service requirements.
  • Processing patient payments, invoices, and maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Supporting the smooth running of the service through administrative tasks, including report distribution and month-end activities.

    Experience in an administration, customer service, or patient-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and other IT systems.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
