• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food under the supervision of senior chefs.
• Ensure all standard operating procedures are adhered to ensure a consistent delivery of excellence and positive member experience
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
  
  Experience in a similar environment
• Basic food hygiene skills
• Completed NVQ levels 1 and 2 or working towards completion
• Passion for a career in high end hospitality
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
