Looking for a strong senior pastry cdp for big catering company operating at Southbank Centre, to look after our coffee shop pastry offer and events. Need to have a wide knowledge of cafè pastries (biscuits, brownies, muffins, classic cakes etc) and to be able to manage the pastry section indipendently from A to Z, managing a demi CDP.
