As our Pastry Chef de Partie, you'll play an integral role in ensuring the smooth running of our Afternoon Tea service as well as producing high quality desserts for lunch / dinner and events. That means you'll need to have the skills to manage your own section and excel under pressure. If you're ready to showcase your culinary talents and take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you!
