• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment.
• Proficiency in pastry techniques and methods, with a strong foundation in Italian pastry traditions preferred.
• Creativity and passion for innovation, demonstrated through the development of new dessert concepts and recipes.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the culinary team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
