Full Job Description
The apprenticeship offers clear and proven career progression, plus expert guidance from our training provider - Umbrella. The apprenticeship is open to all ages and contracts are 40 hours per week, 5 days per week. You will get everything you need to start your new career in the kitchen, from a full knife set, uniform, practical cookery book and recipe journal, as well as access to a team with a wealth of knowledge and experience. You will also get a chance to work in other PIG kitchens. Our menu changes weekly, because of this, working for us is a very personal style of cooking. Our Apprentice Chefs come up with new ideas all the time!
This is a Level 3 Apprenticeship, so does require previous experience or Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification.
