Hazel Wood High School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Year Lead to join our committed team.
This rewarding role will see you working closely with students, families, staff and external agencies to promote positive behaviour, improve attendance, support wellbeing, and remove barriers to learning. You will play a key role in safeguarding, mentoring, pastoral support, and helping students develop the confidence, resilience and skills they need to succeed.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, experience of working with young people, and a genuine commitment to ensuring every student reaches their full potential.
