Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Pastoral & Welfare Assistant to join St Thomas More Catholic School. The successful candidate will be able to support the school in promoting the needs of students who require particular support to overcome pastoral, emotional or social barriers to learning in order for them to engage fully with learning in a mainstream context.
Grade: Grade D SCP 5-7 (£26,427 - £27,274 per annum, pro-rata) plus £500 p.a. First Aid Allowance
Hours: 37 hours per week, Term time only plus 5 INSET days, Permanent
Start date: November 2026
