Part time, three days per week

Elthorne Park High School is a successful and significantly oversubscribed 11-18 mixed school with 1600 students based in West London. We are incredibly proud of our inclusive approach and have a vacancy for a Pastoral Support Worker, working primarily with our Sixth Form team in 2026-27. The role combines year team responsibilities with coordination of the school's pastoral intervention programme and includes support for the school's safeguarding leads with operational safeguarding matters. It is a role ideally suited to someone with existing pastoral experience who is seeking a new challenge and an opportunity to have an impact in managing support for the school's most vulnerable students.
