In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Student Support to provide individualised pastoral support for our learners. Your responsibilities will include assisting with pastoral interventions and signposting to relevant agencies if needed. You will also play a key role in supporting learners' emotional and social wellbeing, addressing issues such as mental health, exploitation, and potential radicalisation. Your work will involve building strong relationships with both learners and their families, ensuring their safety, progress, and overall wellbeing through clear communication and monitoring. By collaborating with internal teams and external agencies, you will help facilitate successful transitions and guide students through their educational journey to ensure they reach their full potential.

• Experience of working with young people developing motivation, resilience and strategy development

• Youth Work or related degree foundation or equivalent
