Full Job Description
- Provide pastoral support and guidance to students, helping them overcome barriers to learning
- Monitor and promote positive behaviour, attendance and punctuality
- Work closely with families, external agencies and academy staff to support student wellbeing
- Support safeguarding processes and follow academy policies and procedures
- Contribute to intervention strategies that improve student engagement, achievement and outcomes.
GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above. - Experience working with children or young people in an educational or support setting.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection and student wellbeing practices

Pay range: NJC 16-25 Inner London. £31,916.39 - £37,320.85.
