Pastoral Manager

The Crestwood School is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and dedicated Pastoral Manager to join our supportive and ambitious team., We wish to appoint a hardworking and dedicated Pastoral Manager. You will be responsible for the management, development and implementation of policies and practices throughout the school ensuring that the school fulfils its responsibilities for supporting behaviour, child protection and other pastoral issues. The role would promote and facilitate effective practised across the school that combine to safeguard the pupils in our care.

We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and two primary schools with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.
