Full Job Description

Folkestone Academy is looking for an exceptional Pastoral and Learning Leader to join our team. This is a permanent position and would suit a graduate considering teacher training in the future / or an individual with pastoral experience. The successful candidate will:- + Contribute towards the Academy's and Trust's vision and ethos + Enjoy completing their work in a professional and positive manner, relish solving problems and take pride in helping people + Have a genuine passion and belief in the potential of every pupil + Have strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills + Demonstrate honesty and integrity + Be highly motivated and have a flexible approach towards work and working hours + Have knowledge of and experience of working with external agencies and voluntary groups is desirable

+ Candidates will have either: a strong academic track record to degree level/suitable qualifications /experience in pastoral care.
