We are seeking to appoint a Pastoral Interventions Practitioner who is passionate and able to make a positive contribution to the learning experiences of our students.

Churchward School is an innovative special school in Swindon supporting students with social, communication and interaction difficulties to find their place in the world. We provide exceptional outcomes for students through a combination of emotional regulation, social interaction, and academic progress, giving our students the tools they need to take the next steps in life, whatever they might be. We offer an opportunity for students to integrate in a mainstream environment whilst supported by specialist staff to develop independence and employability skills as well as continue their academic progress. This will provide the missing link between school and further education for young people with an EHCP not ready to fully transition.
