Salary will be pro rata as this is a term-time only position.

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the very best educational experience for our learners, Connah's Quay High School is seeking to appoint a dedicated and highly organised Pastoral Coordinator to join our strong pastoral team.

Working with a designated year group, you will play a key role in supporting learners to overcome barriers to learning, improve behaviour and attendance, and develop the skills, resilience and attitudes needed to succeed in school and beyond. This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about inclusion, wellbeing and learner development.

You will work closely with teaching staff, families and external agencies, providing targeted intervention and acting as a trusted point of contact for learners. Strong relationship-building skills, high expectations and a commitment to safeguarding are essential.
