Full Job Description

Provide pastoral support to students, working with families, staff and external agencies to promote wellbeing, engagement and positive outcomes.
Monitor attendance, behaviour and safeguarding concerns, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and timely interventions.
Coordinate student health and welfare support, including first aid, medical care plans and liaison with relevant professionals.
Contribute to the wider pastoral provision of the school to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with students, families and staff to provide day-to-day pastoral support, helping to remove barriers to learning and promote positive engagement with school life. The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, empathy, resilience and a genuine commitment to supporting young people to achieve their full potential., An approachable individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, follow processes, and work independently.
Someone patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure, with a genuine desire to support students' wellbeing and success.
