In this vital role, you will lead on the smooth running of pastoral systems while actively fostering high aspirations, guiding students toward successful future pathways, and ensuring every young person realizes their full potential. The successful candidate will be keen to build positive relationships and rapport with students; act as an inspiring role model; remain committed to strongly reinforcing the school's behaviour curriculum; and bring the energy required to proactively support and motivate students.
