Pastoral Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly organised and compassionate Pastoral Administration Assistant to join our committed pastoral team. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing, attendance and personal development of our students. Working closely with pastoral leaders, families and external agencies, you will provide efficient administrative support while helping to ensure students receive the guidance and intervention they need to succeed. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to build positive relationships and remain calm, professional and approachable in a busy school environment.
