- Prepare and cook fresh pasta dishes to the highest standard, following Terra Rossa's recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure all ingredients are of top quality..
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory for the pasta station, placing orders for fresh ingredients as needed.
Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for Italian cuisine. - Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Flexibility with shifts, including evenings and weekends.
