Full Job Description
We're looking for a confident, reliable chef to run a small pasta shop. The concept is simple: make fresh pasta and sell delicious pasta dishes. You'll work independently, making pasta from scratch, preparing sauces, cooking orders and serving customers. What you'll do
- Make fresh pasta, sauces and fillings.
- Prepare and cook dishes consistently.
- Take orders and serve customers.
- Keep your workspace clean and organised.
- Contribute ideas for dishes and specials.
Experience making fresh pasta and cooking Italian food. - Confidence working independently.
