Full Job Description
- Managing the pass and maintaining clear communication with the Front of House team throughout service.
- Garnishing dishes and communicating allergens, modifications, and other service requirements.
- Assisting with daily preparation, service, closing procedures, and cleaning.
- Supporting smooth kitchen operations and consistent food delivery during busy services.
- Upholding high standards of food quality, organisation, and attention to detail.
Experience in a similar role. - Fluent English and the right to work in the UK.
- A calm, hands-on approach and the ability to perform under pressure.
- A passion for high-quality food and meticulous attention to detail.
- A strong connection with, or experience in, Mexican cuisine.
Corrochio's is seeking an experienced Pass Master to support communication between the Front of House and Back of House teams during service. The role pays £17.50 per hour.
