Parts Supply Analyst

As a Parts Supply Analyst, you will be based onsite at our DC1 Minworth packing plant, working five days a week. In this role, you'll be instrumental in coordinating supply of fixings for multiple carlines, customers and packing plants. Your role will be to cover end to end demand creation, scheduling, ordering and processing of fixings through both SAP and legacy systems. You will also need to manage urgent customer requests via a resupply process. This role offers significant exposure across the KD team and the opportunity to work cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to accelerate transformation and drive operational efficiency. • Validate fixing parts bill of materials for each vehicle line
• Coordinate schedule creation for fixings from fixings supplier
• Coordinate purchase order raising for all fixings supply
• Maintain fixings ordering/shipping traceability
• Coordinate fixings supply for Minworth Packing Plant internal use
  
  Experience in automotive manufacturing environments
• Experience in end-to-end of supply chain (planning, scheduling, procurement, process, shipping…)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, with the ability to accurately analyse and manage data.
• Hands on experience with SAP, including usage and/or implementations
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
