Ford and Slater are one the UK's largest DAF Truck dealers group with 16 locations from Norwich to Birtley in the North East, employing over 900 staff whilst remaining a family run business. We currently have an exciting position as a Parts Advisor in the fantastic team at our DAF Trucks dealership in King's Lynn. The Parts Advisor role / responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• You will provide a professional parts sales service to internal and external customers face to face, over the trade counter and telephone.


• Promote and encourage growth of the parts business.


• Utilise all parts identification tools to ensure effective and efficient customer response.


• Working: Monday to Thursday, 9am - 6pm. Friday, 9am - 5pm. Saturday mornings on a rota basis 7am - Midday, paid as overtime.

Ideally you will have previous experience working as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector. Or be sales driven, have a passion for trucks and know your truck / car parts. A customer focused individual with excellent communication skills. PC Literate. Full UK driving licence.

• Salary: £12.71 per hour
