Full Job Description
We're recruiting for one of Europe's fastest-growing Porsche parts specialists, supplying high-quality components to customers across the UK and Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor who enjoys a mix of sales, customer interaction, and specialist automotive work - not just order processing. The Role
- Handling inbound and outbound parts sales enquiries (phone, email, trade accounts)
- Ordering, reserving, and invoicing parts
- Building relationships with trade customers across Europe
- Supporting aftersales and working closely with workshop/service teams
- Proactively generating sales through outbound calls and account development
- Assisting with stock control and parts inventory
Fluent in German and English (essential) - Experience in automotive parts (dealer, motor factor, or specialist)
- Confident on the phone and comfortable with telesales
- Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
- Enthusiastic about cars (Porsche knowledge a bonus, not essential)
Monday-Friday hours (no weekends) - Profit share and strong benefits package
