Partnerships Officer

This role involves supporting and enhancing the operations of and relationships with the University's Collaborative Academic Partnerships. Working with a small team of professional and academic staff, the partnerships officer will provide operational oversight of partner performance, compliance and engagement with the University and support day-to-day partner relationships, financial returns, quality oversight, and contribute to the evaluation of new partnerships. The position also focuses on improving operational efficiencies through process documentation, digitalisation, and ensuring compliance with University procedures and external regulation.
Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities for our Partnerships Officer will be to:
Operational relationship management of partners through day-to-day and routine interactions, escalating to the Head of Collaborative Academic Partnerships where applicable.
Support the Collaborative Academic Partnerships Team with planning, organisational tasks, diary management and travel logistics.
Provide documentation and support to enhance financial and contractual activities of the CAP Team.
Drive compliance with existing University processes and activities, striving for continuous improvement of the management of partnerships.
