We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Partnerships Manager to join our Fundraising Team at St Luke's Hospice Plymouth. This is a pivotal role for someone who truly loves people, thrives on building meaningful relationships, and can inspire others through their passion, energy and values. You will lead by example in how we care for, connect with, and grow our supporters, ensuring every interaction reflects who we are as an organisation., As Partnerships Manager, you will:
Lead and support our partnership fundraisers, helping them to flourish and deliver excellent supporter experiences
Build and manage a diverse portfolio of income streams, including corporate, community, and group partnerships
Drive growth while stewarding existing relationships, ensuring we protect what we've built while expanding for the future
Represent St Luke's externally, meeting supporters face-to-face, delivering engaging presentations, and being an ambassador for our work
Work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our supporters and partners
Collaborate across teams, ensuring a joined-up, consistent and impactful approach to fundraising
Genuinely loves working with people and building authentic relationships
Is confident and engaging, with the ability to present and influence in a variety of settings
Brings energy, initiative and a growth mindset, identifying opportunities to expand income and reach
Is highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and priorities
Demonstrates strong values, kindness and care in everything they do
Is a team player, committed to cross-team collaboration and shared success
Leads by example, inspiring others through their behaviour and approach to supporter care, The successful candidate must also hold a valid driving licence; travel to various locations across Plymouth and the wider area is essential for this role.
This role is vital in helping us generate the funds needed to support patients and families across Plymouth and the surrounding areas. You'll play a key part in ensuring we continue to provide compassionate care today while building a sustainable future.
