Full Job Description
- Develop software partner relationships, co-marketing initiatives, and lead-sharing programmes.
- Create strategic partnerships with insurers, accountancy networks, legal firms, and trade associations.
- Deliver partner events, campaigns, and joint activities that generate high-quality leads.
- Manage partner performance, reporting, and CRM activity (HubSpot).
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless lead flow and conversion. What Success Looks Like Within your first year, you'll be driving measurable growth in partner-generated leads, onboarding high-quality partners, and delivering impactful events. Longer term, you'll build a scalable, repeatable partnership model across the UK & Ireland.
- Experience in partnerships, channel management, or business development (B2B, certification, SaaS, or professional services).
- Understanding of ISO, compliance, or assurance frameworks (ISO 9001, 27001, 14001 desirable).
- A track record of partner-led lead generation and co-marketing success.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and senior-level stakeholder skills.
- Confidence presenting, negotiating, and building trust.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM tools. Bonus points for: experience with consultants, SaaS providers, regulated industries, or event/partner programme management., You value integrity, transparency, expertise, and innovation - and you bring these qualities into every partnership you build.
