As a Partnership Adviser, you will play a key role in developing the relationships and referral pathways that enable people to access this support. Working across Gloucestershire, you will build strong partnerships with a wide range of organisations including health services, voluntary and community sector organisations, local authorities, housing providers, education providers and community groups. You will promote the Connect to Work programme, identify opportunities for collaboration and help create a coordinated network of support for residents who need it most. The role is based on the CTW Partnership Adviser Job Profile (PA) and focuses on developing partner networks, supporting forums and strengthening referral pathways across the county.,

- Community and Rural Inclusion: working with community organisations, voluntary groups and local networks to engage people living in rural, isolated or underserved communities who may not traditionally access employment support. Both roles will work closely together whilst contributing to a shared county-wide partnership strategy that improves access to employment opportunities for Gloucestershire residents. About You You will be a highly effective relationship builder with experience of partnership development, stakeholder engagement, community outreach or service coordination. - Influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and service development.
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences.

The council is not currently able to offer sponsorship in this role. Candidates will need to have right to work that enables them to commit to at least 6 months' employment. Right to work is not transferable from a sponsored role held with another employer. We want to be an employer of choice, attracting and retaining excellent people to work for us, so that we can best serve all of Gloucestershire's diverse communities. Our promise to you is that we will provide an inclusive and supportive working environment that enables you to bring your whole self to work and realise your full potential. It is a legal requirement, under the Immigration Act 2016, that anyone appointed to a 'customer facing role' must be able to demonstrate an ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence in fluent English. Hybrid working arrangements are available for the majority of our roles, giving teams the opportunity to work in a way that suits them, balancing service need and individual choice, with a mix of both remote and office working.
