Join the Close Brothers Motor Finance Team where you will be responsible for providing transactional account management support and guidance to our dealer partners at every stage of their journey to build sustainable long lasting relationships.,

  • Proactively working with our dealer partners with transactional business and commercial related queries and operational efficiencies (e-mail or telephone)
  • Proactively engaging with the sales account management team to optimise the dealer partner experience and commercial performance
  • Professionally replying to dealer calls and maintaining strong relationships
  • Utilising Salesforce.com (CRM) to enrich dealer partner data to aid sales activities
  • Working with dealer commission payments and any associated pricing queries
  • Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.
  • Proactively record any Bwise incidents and Anti Money Laundering failings

    Working as part of the Partner Support Executive team our ideal team member will have previous experience in a customer focused environment with professional communication skills., Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
  • Worked within a structured process
  • Excellent IT Skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to self-manage priorities
  • IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE:
  • Knowledge of regulations relating to Compliance, Data Protection, Anti Money Laundering, Consumer Credit Directive or Consumer Credit Act
  • Used a CRM and/or Salesforce.com
  • An appreciation or understanding of working within a sales process.
  • Knowledge of credit risk assessment and retail pricing models
  • A sound understanding of the wider Motor Finance market
