Partner Marketing Manager - Fixed Term Contract

Sage is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to join our Retail division on a maternity leave contract through to the end of the year. This is a great opportunity to step into a hands-on role where you'll help bring partner marketing to life across our Brightpearl by Sage and Inventory Planner by Sage brands.

You'll sit within the Retail marketing team and report to the Director of Performance Marketing, Retail. Day to day, you'll work closely with both our marketing and partner teams, acting as a trusted connector and collaborator across the business. You'll also spend a lot of time working directly with agency and technology partners to create thoughtful, creative co-marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and new customer acquisition.

In this role, you'll take ownership of a range of ongoing initiatives while also having the freedom to bring fresh ideas to the table. From campaigns and content to events and webinars, you'll help shape how we show up to our partner ecosystem - both internally and externally. You'll support partner acquisition efforts, contribute to pipeline growth, and help ensure our partner marketing programs are well-executed, well-communicated and continuously improving.

We're looking for someone who's naturally curious, highly organised, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once. You'll be proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working cross-functionally with different teams and stakeholders. Strong communication skills are key, as you'll be coordinating projects, sharing updates, and maintaining strong relationships with partners throughout the ecosystem.

This role will be working on a Hybrid basis 3 days a week from our Bristol office.

What you'll be doing:

You'll collaborate closely with internal partner and marketing teams to plan and execute co-marketing initiatives with agency and technology partners. You'll help identify and prioritise strategic opportunities, manage campaigns from idea through to delivery, and track performance so we can learn and optimise as we go.

You'll also play a key role in defining and executing joint partner marketing campaigns, supporting partner acquisition, managing budgets for events and campaigns, and coordinating both virtual and in-person activities. Along the way, you'll work with internal subject matter experts, liaise with partner marketing counterparts, and keep projects moving smoothly with clear communication and regular updates.

This role involves travel within the UK which may be 50%-70%.

This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing who's ready to grow their skills in partner marketing. You'll be UK-based (Bristol), a quick learner, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with content writing, social media marketing or advertising, and event coordination will be useful, and exposure to tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Goldcast, Crossbeam or WordPress is a plus - but not essential. More than anything, we're looking for someone who's organised, responsive, detail-focused, and excited to collaborate.
