Specsavers are looking for an experienced Retail or Operations Leader to become the Operations Director, Store Partner, and Co-Owner of our brand-new standalone Audiology business opening in Beverley. This is a rare opportunity to shape and grow a business from day one. You'll build your own team, create exceptional customer experiences, serve your local community, and develop a long-term asset for your future, all while enjoying a guaranteed salary and additional income from dividends based on business profit. You will work alongside an Audiology Partner who also holds 40% shares, jointly building and leading this exciting new venture.
