Full Job Description

Westminster Business School is recruiting Visiting Lecturers to provide specialist teaching on our range of courses. We seek suitably qualified and experienced candidates in finance, accounting, economics, marketing, digital business, business strategy, management, people management, tourism and events, business and organisational psychology, sustainability in business and sustainability in accounting and finance.
You will be part of Westminster Business School, working directly to one of our three Heads of School, in Finance and Accounting, Management and Marketing or Organisations, Economy and Society, depending upon subject specialism and role.
Main duties include teaching, regular preparation, marking / double marking, giving feedback, checking for plagiarism and commenting upon students' module coursework and learning activities, the setting and marking of exam papers.
You will be expected to work closely with Course Leaders, Module Leaders and other members of the course team. You will contribute to the development of teaching materials, methods, and assessments as well as leading modules yourself. You will be also acting as a personal tutor and mentor and providing pastoral support to students.
The posts are predominantly based on our Marylebone campus, opposite Baker Street Station, and will require on-campus attendance. Specific hours and teaching allocations would be confirmed depending on the College demand, once student enrolment figures are more certain.
You will hold a degree and a postgraduate qualification in a relevant area, have teaching experience and a recognised or commitment towards achieving a teaching qualification or HEA/Advanced HE Fellowship.
