Join a vibrant and ambitious Performing Arts team within our Faculty of Media and Performing Arts, where creativity, collaboration, and industry connection sit at the heart of everything we do.

We're looking for an experienced and inspiring Lecturer with a passion for performing arts-whether your specialism is singing or dance-and the versatility to teach across the UAL curriculum. This is your chance to shape the next generation of performers while working in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.

You'll bring proven experience delivering vocational performing arts at Levels 2 and 3, alongside the energy to innovate in the classroom and beyond. Working closely with a supportive team of creatives and industry professionals, you'll build strong relationships with learners, colleagues, and freelance practitioners, helping to create an engaging and industry-relevant learning experience.

We are looking for someone who not only delivers outstanding teaching but also champions student development-academically, creatively, and personally. Your enthusiasm, industry insight, and commitment to learner success will make you a key part of our thriving programme.

Teaching takes place in our dedicated centre for creative industries as well as exciting external venues, including The Barnfield Theatre, Northcott Theatre, and Cygnet Theatre-giving students invaluable real-world experience.

If you're ready to inspire, challenge, and elevate emerging talent in the heart of a creative city, we'd love to hear from you.

Ambition, Collaboration, Energy. These are our values. Watch this short video to learn more.
