Full Job Description
Splendid Care is moving mandatory and clinical training from e-learning onto face-to-face delivery. We would love you to join our team!
This role plans, develops and delivers that programme group-wide, covering topics such as safeguarding, Oliver McGowan Tier 1, infection control and oral care, plus relevant clinical training such as PEG feeding or venipuncture. It also supports the Splendid Way induction for new starters.
The role reports to the Head of Nursing and Clinical Risk.
