As a Part-time Chef you will be: Supporting the Head Chef for the day-to-day running of the kitchen.

Your responsibilities include supporting the Head Chef, maintaining food storage procedures, preparing and cooking meals to high standards considering any dietary needs, and serving food professionally. You will also prepare food for conferences and banquets and take part in food costing and cost control procedures. Adhering to Safer Food Better Business standards, food hygiene regulations, and taking full shift
responsibility for the catering operation are expected.
