Full Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy visitor centre at one of Norfolk's most amazing nature reserves. This is a permanent, part-time (20 hours per week) position for a Centre Assistant at RSPB Titchwell Marsh.You will mainly be based in our new café, but may also be required to work in our shop, with opportunities for additional hours. The main focus of the role is to serve customers food and drink and ensure they have the best experience possible. You will help maintain the cafe appearance and stock levels, process deliveries, operate the till, and respond to visitor enquiries in a friendly and professional manner. This is a permanent, part-time, flexible hours role for 20 hours per week. Usual working days will be Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 11.15 - 16.30.In your application, please provide a CV AND a Cover Letter which provides examples of where you have experience in the following areas:Customer service: Taking orders, providing recommendations, and
