Part time Caretaker

Purpose of the Role To ensure the school site, buildings, and grounds are maintained to a safe, clean, and high standard. The Site Superintendent plays a key role in the smooth running of the school by overseeing maintenance, security, health & safety compliance, and general premises management.,

• Support the school community
  
  Experience in premises maintenance, caretaking, or a similar role.
• Good practical skills (basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, minor repairs).
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Reliability, integrity, and a proactive approach.
Desirable
• Experience in a school environment.
• Relevant training: first aid, fire marshal, health & safety, COSHH.
• Knowledge of safeguarding principles., This role is based in the UK.
