Full Job Description
About me I am a young boy, I am Autistic and have moderate Learning Difficulties. I live with my family but need a personal assistant to assist me in all areas of my social life both at home and in the community. You will need to be aware that I can wander off and touch things and I am unaware of any dangers. I have very high sensory needs so I might touch your face, sniff your collar or rub my face on yours if I need to self-regulate if I am over-stimulated. Rate and Hours £14.50 per hour Weekends and school holidays only - 4 hours per week Location Hatfield DBS/Checks Confirmation of DBS check Right to Work and references will be needed. Training Training will be offered to enable to complete the mandatory training required:
- Safeguarding Children
- Introduction to first aid
- Health and Safety What you would be doing…
- No personal care, cooking, laundry but should tidy up after an activity
- Assist with my social life both at home and in the community
- Be happy to play video games with me

- A car driver would be an advantage but not essential

- You must be reliable, able to work flexible hours
- You will work under my parent's direction
