Job Description

We are looking to appoint a skilled, committed and enthusiastic PSA to join our friendly and happy school.

We need someone who is:

• Passionate about pupil well-being.
• Supportive of parents of children with early signs of social, emotional, health, behavioural or poor attendance issues and is able to promote high-quality parenting
• Able to provide impartial information or referrals to parents about the school and relevant local services available to parents
• Able to convey the voice of the child to parents and school staff
• Able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication and recording skills
• Able to liaise with outside agencies and attend meetings

The successful applicant will:

• Be an excellent practitioner who has high expectations of self and others and is passionate about enabling children to achieve success.
• Is well motivated and committed to providing a stimulating, happy and caring environment where children are valued as individuals.
• Be able to foster strong relationships with parents, professionals and colleagues.
• Offer a special blend of determination, innovative thinking, creative problem solving, resilience and humour.
• Show a commitment to working as part of a team
